I have used this company twice now, and both times, they have provided me with very good service. I can't remember the names of the two gentlemen that came in the first time, but the service they provided was very good that is why I call them again. This last time, I made sure I asked the technician's name. Alex Cates was very knowledgeable, honest, and patient and took time to explain to me what was going on and answered all my questions. He really did a great job taking care of my problem. I would recommend them to anyone, especially Alex Cates.
Berkeley replaced a my water furnace which was in the attic. The unit was very large and very heavy. It had to be lifted from the truck, thru the front door, up a staircase, onto a skinny ladder, and thru a trap door to reach its location. It took 4 men, a dolly and finally a winch which dead lifted it into the attic. Then they had to remove the old unit. Yikes.All was done without any harm to walls or floors. These guys knew what they were doing, and acted like a team. I was truly impressed. And thankful!!
