“Over the past few weeks, I have been working with the team at Climate Makers. The situation I had was not resolved right away and my issue drug out over a few weeks. The team at Climate makers never stopped working with me or on my situation. They were always on the phone with me explaining the next steps. Technicans became friends as I saw them regularly. After all troubleshooting steps were taken and my issue still occurred. John and his team stepped up and replaced my whole unit. This to me shows the integrity of their business. Customers come first. They spend nearly a full day installing a new unit to assure that my situation was fixed. I fully recommend the Climate makers for any HVAC or water heater work.
