“Emiliano Nunez provided exceptional customer service. He was professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and Oceanview Heating and Air. Office staff Cristina provided excellent customer service as well.”
“Local Mechanical Heating & Air was wonderful to work with during a very unfortunate situation in one of the hottest months here in Charleston. Our HVAC system went out, and they were able to come diagnose the problem very quickly and promptly presented us with multiple options. We ultimately decided to go with a new HVAC system.
To hold us over until the new system could be installed, the owner even let us borrow portable air conditioners and helped set them up, which was incredibly thoughtful and made a stressful situation so much more manageable.
The new system was installed promptly, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Everyone we worked with was thorough, professional, and genuinely thoughtful throughout the process. We highly recommend Local Mechanical Heating & Air!”
“I needed someone to check on the AC that was not working properly. I called in the afternoon and someone had come out the same day and fixed the AC unit. Amazing customer service that is hard to find these days.”
