We had a plumbing leak and had to get a replacement. Called Pardee Service Except about the problem 🙄 at know time they send a professional plumber Mr.Chad to assist the problem. Repair and Replace just want to say thank you for coming through always 🙏.
03/07/2024 Mike the technician was very helpful and I was grateful. Previously to his visit, I was upset because I requested an air filter 3 times before I received it. Then I finally receive it and ordered maintenance too, but they sent Mike without a maintenance order but Mike was kind enough to get it added. Otherwise good service, but your company needs to figure out how to auto generate the air filters.Oscar and James are very professional. Advantage Program is the way to go!
From start to finish, the entire team at Pardee went above and beyond to install my new HVAC, minisplit and additional insulation.First, there was Brandon Lane from sales. He took the time to review my situation and what I needed without trying to upsell me anything I didn't need. He was able to find a system that would be eligible for the Dominion Energy rebate and was able to get my install earlier when my old system did die before the scheduled install date.
