Both technicians Anthony and Phillip were wonderful. Helped to explain the process clearly and thoroughly. Very knowledgeable and presis. The office staff was also very friendly, and communicated efficiently. Over all extremely pleased with the service provided by Limric. Will only be using them for our heating and air needs in the future. Thank y'all so much ?
Maddie did a great job...very professional and personable. Work was done quickly and well. Front office was very efficient, communication was excellent. Found the leaking water heater at 1:00 in the afternoon had a new one installed by 4:30
Donnie was exceptionally outstanding. very knowledge, within 30 minutes diagnostic know executively which part on my heat unit was bad and replace it. He also diagnosed the outside pump unit and discovered the fan wasn't spinning. Upon further troubleshooting, he discovered that the control board on the external pump unit was also faulty. Once the request for an order is placed, a technician will be dispatched to replace the circuit board for the external pump unit. Thanks Rich
