“Contacted East Cooper Heating and Air after a number of companies could not respond for a day or two. From the start, the company was very knowledgeable and professional. I had a knowledgeable courteous technician on sight within two hours. My System was 15 plus years old and not repairable. The following morning, I had two technicians (Joe and Tyler) at my front door with a replacement system to install. Joe and Tyler were very professional and knowledgeable - easily answering all my questions setting me at ease. This company is top notch and from the receptionist on the phone to the technicians on sight friendly, eager to help, and professional. Turns out the bigger (private equity owned) companies were trying to scam us into subscription revenue and charge us for work we did not need. Claude should be running the HVAC market in Charleston.“

“Kevin Austin and his team offer incredible products and services, they are fairly priced, and inspect what they expect. In two houses, they were able to diagnose what others were not able to figure out. Their solutions were installed quickly, run very quiet and offer a great warranty on labor and parts. Austin Air also replaced the entire duct system in our home. This was a major project impacting 80% of the house, had to be done under containment and coordinated with drywall and an environmental company. Our air quality is now superb! In all our dealings with this company, we were ALWAYS able to reach them, often they would come out the same dayI We highly recommend Austin Air!“

“My daughter who lives in Mt Pleasant bought a townhouse and I was visiting helping to get a few things worked on. I knew I needed an HVAC company but had zero experience w/ any in the area. I submitted a Yelp query and quickly heard back from Lisa. I explained what I needed and she scheduled an appt to assess and talk estimates. Corey arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I needed two intake vents replaced, one was a custom size. And I needed 12 "boots" and grates replaced on the vents. I had tried to do this myself and it was just impossible. Corey explained what was needed and we discussed the price. Jump ahead to the work day. I needed to run some errands so I phoned the office to confirm arrival time. Lisa was quick to find out the answer and let me know. Around 10AM, per plan, Maurice and Marquis arrived. The work required hours of being on site and they were quick to get started. To say replacing the vents was difficult would be an understatement but they got it all done. Their work also involved doing a cleaning on the system. I would highly recommend these guys. From Lisa in the office, to Corey who did the estimate, to the Maurice / Marquis the install team. Just a great job ... all attentive, knowledgeable, and professional.“
