I am the property manager of a 250+ year old property and Morelli truly are my problem solvers. We have a huge HVAC system that seems to always need attention. The team does a great job and knows the property well. Jarrod was on site today clearing a nasty HVAC drain line in one of the new systems. Darrel was there last week cleaning the coils on the chiller! Sam was on site the week before fixing a different clogged drain in the back house! Brian , Randy , Chris … the whole team is great… I would be lost without the Morelli team ! Thanks for being cool and keeping us cool. lol

Randy with Morelli was fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional when he came out to fix our AC. He took the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. He even went above and beyond and helped me fix my front door handle while he was here! You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a great job and helping people. Great guy and a huge asset to Morelli. Highly recommend Randy E!

Highly recommend Morelli Heating and Air. We previously had Brian out for a repair to hold us over until we could replace our old system, and then last week John Locklear and Pierre Sims did the installation of the new unit. Brian, John, Pierre, and Randy in the office were all stellar. All were kind, professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and hardworking.
We are very happy with the new unit, and with the outstanding service!
