“Mura-Tech replaced our thermostats and our heat pump. The system failed on a Thursday night in August; they installed two window units at no charge until they could install the new system. Phone calls were answered promptly and courteously, even at night. Elmer, the owner, was transparent about the cost of installing a new, more efficient system vs repairing the old system and did not try to upsell us. During the installation, the men put on shoe covers each time they entered the house and put drop cloths in the rooms they were working in. They were unfailingly courteous and very exacting about the work. We now have a great system and a clean house, and I HIGHLY recommend this company because of their prompt service, the transparency of costs and work needed, and the care checking out the system upon completion. You cannot go wrong with Mura-Tech.“

“03/07/2024 Mike the technician was very helpful and I was grateful. Previously to his visit, I was upset because I requested an air filter 3 times before I received it. Then I finally receive it and ordered maintenance too, but they sent Mike without a maintenance order but Mike was kind enough to get it added. Otherwise good service, but your company needs to figure out how to auto generate the air filters.Oscar and James are very professional. Advantage Program is the way to go!“
