When I worked as a project manager for a custom home remodeling company in Summerville SC, I had the pleasure of working with Isaac a few times. The best asset a project manager has is a trustworthy and confident sub-contractor—and Isaac proved himself to be just that. He is highly experienced, incredibly thorough, very friendly, a great communicator, and he does not overextend himself beyond his capabilities and skillsets. He asks the right questions, and is not afraid to share his wisdom if he sees a better way of doing things. We had a joint separate in a line from our hot water heater?!called Isaac at Plumbing Professionals told him we had no hot water and the problem, he came out ASAP and fixed the problem???! His work is very reliable and prices are reasonable for our area! We will call him again for our plumbing needs????!
After waking up to a leaking hot water heater (from our attic), we called countless companies with no one available. Plumbing Professionals immediately called me back saying they could help the next day! We corresponded via text, phone and email to keep me in the loop. Once the hot water heater was install, he even looked at a leak outside. Quick service, reasonably priced and went above and beyond the service we called for. Will use again.
