I can’t say enough good things about working at B&D heating and air. It is great to work at a place where all the way up to the owner, It is very clear that they care 100% about the customers and only higher people that will provide exceptional service and put the customer first.

We recently have had an issue with our daughter’s HVAC due to a manufacturer safety recall, which difficult to fix because of the builder’s placement in the home. Ashley has been on top of the situation since the beginning, reaching out to the manufacturer and constantly keeping us updated on the approval process. Mike was dispatched in a timely manner, and was able to diagnose and offer solutions to remedy the issue. Due to both Ashley’s and Mike’s involvement, we are confident this issue will be resolved satisfactorily. Based on our interactions thus far, I am very impressed with these team members of B&D Heating and Air.

They came out and what I thought was going to be a big repair wasn't. A simple capacitor replacement! Great customer service and prices. I will be recommending them to anyone! Thanks Brad!
