I have used the window-cleaning service several times and have always been more than satisfied with the results - clean windows and no mess left behind!
The heat pump was installed with very low quality: 1) Internal coil. The main air filter case was removed together with the old coil. The new filter case was not installed with new coil box. The heat pump can’t work without the main filter. The coil will be plugged by dust soon. The air quality will be bad. The air sips through gaps and holes. The copper pipes are hung without support. Not right for constant use and 12 years warranty. 2) The estimator Jean – Philippe Desrochers told me the new thermostat will be installed and included in the price. I chose Wi-Fi thermostat. The installation team came with a simple thermostat, so it was not installed. 3) The outdoor unit was installed at an old support. The installation doesn’t look solid and accurate. Thin screws and drilled holes are used instead of standard fixing holes and bolts. The screw heads are smaller than fixing holes. Must be reinstalled with more accuracy adjusting the old support to fit new dimensions, and appropriate hardware. They should install it on the wall or close to the wall, under the roof shield for better weather protection but the estimator or installer didn’t discuss this possibility with me.
Most of the problems are fixed now, the outside unit reinstalled, new Wi-Fi thermostat installed, it works, I can recommend this company.

I’m honestly so happy I found this salon! I’ve been having issues with my hair for over 5 months. I ended up getting chemical alopecia from relaxers and for months I was insecure and was unsure what to do with my hair. As a girl who loves braids, I was sad I wasn’t able to get braids again. I found this salon and spoke to the stylist and she adviced me on what was best for my hair & to be able to still rock some boxed braids. Booking was easy, showed up & she took care of me & braids were done in 6-7 hours. Very professional and knows exactly what she’s doing. I would 10/10 recommend her! Especially if you have alopecia. I've been coming to this location for a while now. It's on the first floor of the student residence. The first time I came, I was a bit confused (just keep walking right, past the reception desk). Booking is easy, shop is clean, price is reasonable. I get the Director Cut from Jeric, and each time I am super satisfied with his work. He is laid back and easy to chat with, so the time passes quickly. Definitely would recommend.

I have been coming to LBDP for the red light therapy about a month now, I love it. I am seeing a noticeable improvement in my skin, mainly in tightness but also the reduced appearance of scaring and sun damage spots. In my research, I did not find other salons that offer this product, especially without tanning bulbs, which I did not want as they limit the length of sessions you can have in the red light. Great service, fair prices, unique offering for this area. Happy customer.

Alin was wonderful for tattooing me and my dad! She took some time before our appointment to draw a couple of designs for us to choose on the day we were getting tattooed, was very patient with us, answered our questions, and gave us an overall very enjoyable experience. We met the owner, Jazz, and he was so kind and accommodating, he made us feel so comfortable and really took time to make sure we were comfortable with our designs.

It started with wanting to cover up a scar. I went looking for a tattoo artist who could do that type of work. I was introduced to Julie. We talked, she took photos of the area I wanted inked. Working with her felt right. I have never looked back. Julie covered my scar with some incredible art but it wasn’t enough. I wanted more of her amazing work. She has inked my entire torso to mid thigh. She translated my thoughts and ideas into a beautiful fluid design. Her incredible talent made it so much more than I had imagined. Her work healed me outside and inside as well. She is magic!!

I have plan for my first tattoo for almost 3 years but for some reasons, I’ve never done it. So this year, I decided to do it. Lucky, I found Loulou from a friend. I am happy with my first tattoo. He is professional, respect and serious with his job.
The day of my rendezvous, I imagined the worst pain that I’ll get. Fortunately, Loulou explained to me how it works and how to take care of the tattoo after. So I believe him and it is not that bad. He knows how scared people feel for the first tattoo so he makes me feel comfortable by making a small talk with random topic to avoid those pains.

I called on Monsieur Sylvain (the Nordic landscaper) at the beginning of the summer and it was the best decision I have made since I bought my house. I was at a loss when I thought about my yard and was in a hurry to clean it up before the good weather made the weeds grow. In short, Mr. Sylvain came quickly, he listened to what we wanted and was very diligent. He weeded the ENTIRE yard and side of the parking lot plus removed 4 large (dead) shrubs in 2 days! Came in due to baby being breached at 35 weeks pregnant (transverse). After 1 session my pelvic area was able to open one 2 days later my baby flipped into position. I highly recommend this office for any mothers dealing with breached babies and want to avoid a ECV. Also I will be coming back here after my delivery as I know I need to re adjust my body after birth and I know she can speed the way to recovery. I will also be bringing my baby in to ensure there are no issues with the baby due to being breached for so long or having to pass thru thr canal.
She is also a very warm easy going person and I believe everyone would feel welcomed and comfortable immediately with her.
I should have reviewed a long time ago. Dr. Karout is compassionate and is prepared to go above and beyond. The year was 2021 - November, mid-Pandemic. I was travelling and in Montreal for a Judo Tournament with my daughter. I reaggravated a lower back injury on a Friday morning at the hotel. I was in pain and having great difficulty moving. I called several local chiropractors that afternoon hoping someone could squeeze me in to get me moving. Dr. Karout answered the bell. He got me in and took his time with me despite the high likelihood of never seeing me again. On a Friday afternoon, at the last minute, Dr. Kahout took the time to help out a patient he'd likely only see once in his life. Although I was not 100% for the rest of the trip, I was in a lot better shape than I would have been if Dr. Kahout had not picked up the phone. I was able to enjoy the tournament and even walk for miles as I toured Old Montreal.
I have never forgotten this visit and I hope those who are considering a chiropractic clinic that they choose to visit Dr. Kahout.
I’m suffering dysautonomia from many years, the last year was the hardest and the worst I did went more than 10 different doctors around the city but no luck until I did see Dr. Freud he so kind and patiently he took all of time the listen for all of my problems that other doctors didn’t do. I’m so grateful to I was able to find him. I will 10000% recommend anyone that is suffering from any type dyautonomia like POTS Syndrome to have consultation with him.

It was my first appointment with a chiropractor (I had apprehensions like everyone else that it would hurt etc.) NOP not with him in any case, because he replaced I don't know how many vertebrae, given the sound it feels hihi, but no pain, not even a little discomfort. I was surprised and what a relief ohhh and I can't wait for the next follow-up appointment. The first time we needed urgent documents for our cat to travel abroad, we got lucky because someone canceled their appointment that day. The second time, I called to ask if I could come in because my dog was stung by something on the street (probably a wasp). I had Bell's Palsy - a temporary condition that causes hemifacial paralysis, most likely due to nerve inflammation and swelling. I was worried that I might not fully recover and stay paralyzed. I came to see Tina without much expectation I must admit - this was my first time trying acupuncture, I did not knew much about it, only that it may help with my condition. After a single acupuncture treatment with Tina, I had a 50% recovery after 24 hours. It reached over 90% after the 2nd. One may argue that it may be the normal recovery rate - however, my neurologist admitted that she had very rarely seen someone recovering as fast as me. I believe that Tina's experience and caring played a crucial role in speeding up the heeling process. One sure thing, I found a gem!
I went for an acupuncture session here and really enjoyed it! Dr Cai is very warm, friendly, and spent a good amount of time with me going through everything in the initial consultation . I felt relaxed during the session and he made sure to cover areas he could without doing too much at once. The ambiance is nice and calming. I found the warm slippers he gave me was such a nice added touch. I’m looking forward to returning!

Dr. Yuan is very kind and patient when it comes to communication. The diagnosis was fast and efficient, and the prescription very effective. I would recommend passing by if you are looking for a treatment without taking pills with secondary effects.
I went to see her for a muscle sprain in my back. I had seen a physio 5 days before and they did a little acupuncture and helped so I figured I should see a real one. I was in pain the whole time but after seeing, the pain reduced right after the treatment and by the next day, it went down significantly. I saw her again 2 days after and I was almost not feeling anything. I still have some pain depending on the movement I do with my back but she helped me so much, it is incredible.

The office is clean and quiet, I rarely see other clients between my sessions. There are multiple rooms you may be seen in and soft music plays during your session which helps induce relaxation.
