J’y suis allée pour des problèmes d’insomnie que j’ai depuis plusieurs années. Par contre, j’ai des périodes plus difficiles où je m’endors aux alentours de 4-5h du matin. J’ai eu une combinaison de traitement d’acupuncture et de tisanes faites à base d’herbes médicinales. Seulement quelques traitements ont été nécessaires, je m’endors maintenant en quelques minutes pour la première fois de ma vie! Elle m’a aussi aidé pour d’autres problématiques en même temps.
