The welcome is appreciable and the appointment is made quickly. However, the veterinarian does not take the owner's concerns about the cat's symptoms seriously. For my part, it had been several months since my cat had incorrect stools and the vet never pushed to get to the heart of the problem. Following a visit to another veterinarian, my cat was cured after 1 month of antibiotics and the follow-up was present compared to this clinic.

Overall great service!They’ve been taking care of our cats for 4 years now. Wide selection of prescription diet cat food; patient, kind staff. Well prepared. They always try to help our cats feel comfortable and relaxed before any procedure and they take the time to answer every question.Try to arrive with extra time if driving, parking isn’t always available around the area.Service in french and english.
