Reviews
Pantelis really lives up to his 5-star reviews!! He is exceptionally knowledgeable in his field and leaves no stone unturned when inspecting a house. He gave very genuine advice on whatever shortcomings the house had, and also explained whatever good the house had to offer. He is very professional but also friendly at the same time. Explained to us every bit of details while inspecting the property. I couldn’t have asked for a better inspector! Highly recommend using his services!!
Pantelis was wonderful to work with. He was very professional, attentive and thorough throughout the inspection. He took the time to explain the issues clearly, answered all of our questions with patience, and made sure we understood the condition of the property before moving forward.
His brother also assisted with the inspection and was very kind, friendly and helpful, always taking the time to explain everything in detail.
We also really appreciated the technology used during the inspection, including the drone and the equipment used to help detect possible leaks. These were excellent additions and gave us greater peace of mind.
We truly appreciated their attention… read full review
