My Roscoe freaks out anytime he is not with one of his two therapy humans and it has been a very long time since we had taken him to the groomers. They were good with him and gave him a very nice cut and all went as planned in terms of the time/timing they had indicated.

They did a great job with my puppy's first puppy cut. Patient and they took the time to ask me my priorities for his cut if he should prove skiddish. They put his comfort first while discussing with my expectations as well.

Excellent service! I was really afraid to try any new grooming service but after I met one westie who had been cut there, I decided to give a try. I am very thankful to the groomer who takes care of her furry clients. The dog was not stressed at all, and happy after the grooming. Most importantly, now my dog now looks like an actual westie. Highly recommend. I'll be happy if my review is helpful to someone.
