We noticed a small roof leak and asked neighbors for recommendations. DePalma was the unanimous favorite. They responded quickly, looked over the roof, found the problem and put us on the schedule. Their response was fast, quality work, reasonable price and didn’t try to sell us more than what we needed. Fast, reliable and ethical: you can’t ask for more than that from a company. Would solidly recommend for roofing needs.

Most employees spoke enough English to communicate with me, however my assigned barber in specific seemingly only spoke Spanish. Despite our language barrier, he did PHENOMENAL!! With only 2 reference photos and some guiding hand gestures, he gave me everything I wanted in a haircut AND MORE! He was so skillful and intentional with each and every snippet of his scissors. I wish I knew his name, so I could show gratitude with specifics..
I was worried that I would feel like an outsider in this shop, due to being physically female yet requesting a male haircut, and for solely speaking English. However, I was completely wrong. I felt very welcome and accommodated within Imperio’s Barber Shop.
My ONLY complaint with this shop is its confusing and vague payment process: After my haircut was finished, my barber pointed me to an ATM to withdraw cash. That was as far as any instructions went. In order to figure out how much to pay him, I looked for the average price from other reviewers, which was $40. I really hope I paid him enough, because he did such a wonderful job. If this shop could set up a visual pricing chart for their haircuts, I think it would be even more welcoming than it already is!

I have been to Susan twice. Both times I have found her to be pleasant, fast, and skilled. The second time I came in looking for a huge change, and she was happy to help me. Not only did she do a great job, she recommended a product for my use at home that has made a big difference. I waited a few weeks after trying it to see if it worked and she definitely knew what she was doing! This is, in complete honesty, the happiest I have been with my haircut in my life. I am not a picture taker and I was sending friends and family selfies. I'm on a regular maintenance schedule with her now and plan to stay that was as long as she is cutting hair! Thankyou, Susan!!!

He has serious skills and can handle any style, but he’s also just an easy person to talk to. You’re sitting close to your barber 20+ times a year, so personality matters, and Shawn is one of those people who can talk to anyone about anything and make you feel good walking out.
He also respects your time. He runs on schedule, so you’re not sitting around waiting for your appointment. There’s some free parking around, and there’s also plenty of paid parking right out front. It’s cheap too, around $1/hr, so parking is never a headache.
For anyone new: book the appointment, show up on time, park out front, and enjoy the cut. Whether your top priority is skill, price, or just finding someone you actually like spending time with, Shawn has you covered.

Casey is excellent and very good at explaining the process when I was going back and forth with laminating my eyebrows. She was patient and did not push me to get anything I wasn’t sure of. I ended up getting my eyebrows waxed and laminated and loved it! I also got an eyelash lift and tint and it didn’t take the first time and she was determined to get it the next time around. I appreciate her patience and overall kindness, best service there is!

Love coming here for custom work in a neo-traditional style. All of Paul's work heals quickly and cleanly - no raised lines, no scabbing. No pics of the shop / studio - it's clean, not one of those pretty shops covered in taxidermy and collections - it's CLEAN. Paul follows all safety protocols and sanitization methods.

When it rains it pours and so was last week. I am retired and live on a fixed income and first my Truck started acting up. $$ Then the love of my life, my little dog somehow hurt his leg and was limping, needed to see a vet $$$ Then my main drain outside for some reason is clogged and now I needed a plumber $$. With trials at times come blessings. I found Ron, good reviews and they said reasonably priced. As soon as he answered his phone and I explained my problem and also my limited income I knew I had found a great guy. He came out and worked on trying to unclog it for about 1 1/2 but he couldn't get through. He explained it takes a bigger machine and his was being repaired at this time. He recommended someone else to help me. When I went to write him a check he told me since he couldn't help me that there would be no charge. He even followed up with me the next day to make sure I had found someone to help me. How rare today to find people who actually care about what they do and the people they serve. I would recommend him to anyone. He is a great plumber but also a great guy. Thanks Ron

Called on a Wednesday for a non-emergency hot water issue. I wanted a new hot water heater installed. Ed Rehm was at my door on Thursday at 8 am, tools in hand, and ready to go! Customer service was top tier. Pricing was great, about $1000 less than a local competitor. Upon job completion, he explained everything he did and the safety features I need to be aware of. I will be using Rehm for all future HVAC needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of this type of service.

Another great experience. A few years ago we had a split unit for additional heating and cooling added to our bedrooms. They did a great job then so when we needed a whole house hvac unit we called them again. The whole process was seamless. Zaire came out on a Thursday and diagnosed the problem, Friday Ryan sent me an estimate and on Monday and Tuesday morning Nick, Shannon and D.J. Installed the unit. They were quick, efficient and clean! Could not be happier.
5 stars for sure!!! Adam’s done some work on my home years ago. He installed a new water heater, and then he sent people to install a new shower/bathtub for me. However this time around, I am blown away at the service I received! I’m selling my house and there were 3 things mentioned in the realtor feedback I wanted to take care of asap. Adam made himself available very quickly and not only handled all 3 items but ended up doing multiple other handyman type jobs around the house and let it be included in original cost!!! He even came back the following day to handle another couple things. Some of the things I’m referring to are the installation of front storm door stopper at the top, and patched the wall in hallway for the railing and then reinforced the railing. He nailed down a step that was bending upwards outside on my deck, fixed a leak from the water heater, painted 2 of my ceilings, fixed the framing on one of the basement steps so it feels safer now. Basically he can do all kinds of jobs. It was such a relief to call 1 person for everything. Very friendly and easy to work with. I’m grateful and recommend Jacoby Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber.

We hired an electrician in York to help with our bathroom remodel. brayden was great to work with. we explained what we wanted, and brayden took care of picking up the ceiling fan, all the lights, and new outlets. he also managed the electrical inspection for us. after the job, everything was cleaned up really well and the attention to detail was impressive. brayden worked closely with our contractor and they made sure the schedule went smoothly. the price was fair and the bill was clear and easy to understand. i highly recommend this company for any electrical work you need in your home or business, and we’ll definitely call them again next time we need an electrician.
Oliver’s team did a great job installing our new RING floodlights. They were very polite, explained everything clearly, and made sure the lights and app were all set up on our phones before leaving. We’re definitely planning to call them again for more electrical work in the future.

Chad came to our home to put lighting into our dining room ceiling. I'm not sure how he was able to do it, but he did it! We are in a condo building with concrete floors and steel beams and studs. He was working with about 3/4 of an inch of space. It was a miracle! Before this the dining area had no overhead lighting at all. He was fantastic. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor about the whole situation. I would highly recommend him and Cornerstone!

Had such a great experience with K & M Home Center. Melissa was great and helped me out along the way with our flooring project and was always so quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Our floors ended up being backordered and she put us on the list to get done right away as I’m 9 months pregnant. Our flooring guy was super meticulous and made sure everything was perfect. He put in extra work as we ended up having multiple layers of flooring which required him to be here for a total of 2 weeks. He was awesome and we couldn’t be happier with how they turned out!

Inch and co has taken care of our landscaping & hardscaping at our current, and previous home. Workmanship and quality is alway 100%+. Amanda, Matt, the crew, and everyone we've interacted, with have always been top notch. Upon completion of this years project, the property looked better than it ever has! We did ask for one minor adjustment, to move a rock wall several inches, to open the hot tub. The team was so responsive, quick to correct/accommodate and took feedback without defense. They also do our fall clean up and tree trimming every year.

I felt the price was competitive, and maybe even less than contractors I have dealt with in the past.

There is quite a bit to comment on with Bartlett Tree Expertss, but let’s start by confirming they are what they claim to be: experts. I called them to diagnose a dying tree’s issue and, unlike the wait period we humans now have with a health issue, they responded the same day and were onsite here with 24 hours. AND exactly ontime. The Arborist listened to me and spoke with me in a friendly, polite and very professional manner. All my questions and concerns were addressed, including the financial arrangements, and we developed a plan. They accurately diaganosed the problem, WITH lab support and provided the solution (which no one else did) Let me also say, because of the time factor with this particular tree being “on it’s way out”, so to speak, I was given the mobile number of the Arborist Representative to stay in contact throughout this treatment process. Since that initial consultation, I have had them come back to treat other trees and have signed on for continued care. There are very few, if any, organizations today that provide quality, dependable service. From staff answering the phone, billing office to onsite crew, this organization covered it all. I will continue to recommend them and hope they will continue to have many successful years serving our Central Pa. communities.

Dr. Keith Acosta (West York location) has tremendously reduced my pain and stress tied up in my upper back/ shoulder/ neck area. I have a toddler who can sometimes strain these problem areas by lifting him up so much. By having regular visits once a month with chiropractic care it’s significantly removed all my symptoms. If I have a flare up it’s gone by the time I leave my appointment. Kudos to Dr. Keith Acosta! Now my husband is being treated under his care and I feel confident he’s in good hands. Thank you!

I spent years afraid of going to a chiropractor. My back and shoulder pain became bad enough that I couldn’t avoid it anymore. I went to Dr. Cody after a co-worker gave me his card. He is great! He explains everything he’s doing as he’s doing it. He focuses on your areas of pain. Makes sure you have exercises to do at home to help. He’s also easy to talk to and be around which makes it more comfortable in my opinion. 5 stars isn’t enough for Dr. Cody. I recommend him to anyone that complains about their back in daily conversation.
I have chronic back pain. I was doing decompression at another facility but, when I heard that Dr. Greg had a different machine, I went and tried it. Wow! it was a completely different experience, much more comfortable and less pain. He also adjusts me, I like that he listens and switches the treatment as needed. After losing a ton of weight from having the gastric sleeve procedure done in February, I began experiencing back pain and difficulty sitting up straight. The weight was constantly pulling me forward. And my body is stuck like that. I jumped onto Google and researched and read reviews and I landed on seeing Dr. Paul. Hearing about the office dog, Trixie, certainly sweeten the pot. She was in the door waiting when I arrived and she automatically makes you feel better. The doctor explained everything to me from the very first phone call. On my first visit, he continued to explain the process and make me more able to understand what my body is going through from the drastic change. Other providers who do not specialize in bariatrics seem to write me off with my concerns. Dr. Paul did not do that. He listens, and he uses the information he obtained from you to help you improve your quality of life. So if you are just looking around on Google, you came to the right practitioner!

Dr Sloat, his vet nurses/techs, and office staff are great. They really do care about their dog patients and the dog's human family.
Their prices are very reasonable as well.
If you need an appointment, they can almost always see you within a few days or a week or so if you're flexible. And there have even been times where I've had a semi-emergency with my dog or a needed a short notice follow-up appointment, and they've seen me the same day or the next day.
They also do an excellent job of refilling medications. Anytime you call them, and get their voicemail, they will call you back promptly.
They've never dropped the ball. They have been 100% compassionate and reliable for the past 20 years of me and my family have been taking our dogs here.

It was an informative visit, unfortunately they quoted too high for a full mouth extraction for over 5k with the aftercare. Found a local vet who can do it for a quarter of the price. Appreciate the diagnosis of Stomatitis .Vet was very knowledgeable. One lady at the front desk was very friendly and the other seemed a bit annoyed at my questions about results and medication. Thank you at the end of the day because I know what to do next to help my kitty!
