East York Veterinary Center is a place where pet owners can expect superior care and excellent service for their pets. The team is made up of highly knowledgeable and experienced veterinary professionals who are dedicated to providing the best healthcare for pets. The facility is clean, comfortable, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology.
The veterinary staff, including the vet techs and vets, are commended for their kindness, attentiveness, and thoroughness. They take the time to truly listen to pet owners and provide loving care to the animals. Pet owners have been taking their pets to the center for over a decade, and they highly recommend the clinic. New customers have noted the pleasant experience they had during their first visits, with staff showing excitement and friendliness towards pets.
The clinic has a cat-only area in the waiting room and spacious exam rooms that are twice as large as those at other veterinary practices. The hospital offers evening and weekend appointments, making it easier for pet owners to schedule appointments at their convenience. Each doctor, including Dr. Moussa, is described as helpful, kind, and sweet with animals, ensuring that even anxious pets feel comfortable.
One suggestion for improvement is for the clinic to consider RX order approval through third-party services like Chewy or Alovet. Although it may be inconvenient for the front-of-house staff, it would make things easier for pet owners.
Overall, pet owners are very happy with the clinic and look forward to adopting future pets knowing they have the best vet practice in town behind them. The clinic provides peace of mind for pet owners with multiple pets and is even appreciated for offering "Happy Visits" for anxious pets.
Talented staff, from techs to vets. I have been going here for 2 years now, I always speak to Addison when I call and they are just wonderful, so kind and soft spoken. Thank you!
They also take Trupanion direct pay which is a huge decider in where I go due to financial situation.
I was able to get my dog in for a timely appointment for her arthritis. We had a bit of a wait because of things outside of the vets control, but she still took great care of my baby and was extremely apologetic about the weight. Dr. Rossi is absolutely wonderful when it comes to reaching out. She has called me several times to whoever blood test results, check on my pup, etc. She is better at reaching out than most physicians I’ve worked with. I truly believe that Dr. Rossi loves her job and loves pets. I would recommend her to anybody.
First trip to the vet in 15 years with our new Pitty pup and it was a pleasant experience. Were we seen promptly and they Vet Tech was extremely excited to see our pup and loved his name. The Doc was great, pleasant and was more than happy to answer our questions. Appreciate the enjoyable visit!
