We had an awesome experience with DeRose Plumbing! They were able to service my home same-day and promptly diagnosed & fixed the issue. Ryan was very friendly and detailed in his work, and even cleaned out my drain while waiting for the faucet part to arrive. Pricing was very fair and affordable. We will definitely go with DeRose for future plumbing needs!
Was able to book appointment same day. Very helpful and knowledgeable with my dishwasher leaking due to the drain pump going bad. Was hoping to get it repaired when they came out, but they don’t do that service, so had to call another repair guy. They were able to unclog my garbage disposal, as well. Overall, I would recommend this company….
Team showed up on time with the right tools and equipment. We did a walk around while I identified my concerns and explained what I thought the problems were. Other than having timely and responsive communication with me and showing up with the right gear and time, he said that one of my issues was not that bad. He could improve, but the cost was not worth it at this time. So instead of doing unnecessary work he gave me some things to look out for and call back if problem worsened. Very honest company. Honesty goes a long way with me.
