“Richard arrived on time and was very professional. He reviewed the services that I had requested and I showed him the house. Richard asked if I would like the grout sealed on the tile floors. Since it had never been done, I decided to go ahead with the service. Richard worked diligently and answered all of my questions. My carpets and tile look great, they really needed a good cleaning. I would definitely use Stanley Steemer again and ask for Richard.
