About Johnson Hardwood Flooring LLC
Johnson Hardwood Flooring LLC is known for its commitment to customer care, treating clients like family. While many customers appreciate the fast service, some have noted inconsistencies in craftsmanship. One reviewer praised the hardwood installer for his meticulous and reliable work, highlighting the longevity of the floors he installed over 23 years ago. However, others expressed concerns about quality finishes and follow-up service. After completing a flooring project, one customer reported issues with different finishes and difficulty reaching the company for corrections. Overall, while there are examples of excellent craftsmanship, there are also areas for improvement in communication and consistency in finishing work.

Your crews need to take more pride in craftsmenship. Fast at work I’ll give you that, but minimal quality when it comes to actual woodworking skills and making things have quality finish when the job is done.

Jeremy is hands down the best hardwood installer and refinisher around. He installed the hardwood floors in the entrance of my ice cream parlor over 23 years ago, and they still look incredible. He’s meticulous, honest, and reliable true craftsmanship that stands the test of time. Highly recommend!
