Would highly recommend Theodore for any plumbing service. We had just moved into a new house in York and had only been there about a week when a late-night sewer backup turned into a real plumbing emergency. Theodore was excellent from start to finish. I called Ethan & Sons Plumbing Corp. for a clogged sink and a backed-up washer drain. In the past, other plumbers only suggested drain cleaner, and that never really fixed the blockage. Patrick arrived on time as scheduled, inspected the drain line, and cleared the clog from the sink and laundry drain all the way to the main line. Since the service, everything has been draining properly and working much better. The whole visit was handled in a professional, courteous way, and they also explained the plumbing issue in simple terms. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing reliable plumbing and drain cleaning service.
Bruce came out for Ethan & Sons Plumbing Corp. to replace a damaged kitchen faucet and took the time to clearly explain the plumbing work that was needed. He found that the issue was an older hot water shutoff valve and replaced it, which restored proper flow. Javier was with him on the return visit, and both were friendly, professional, efficient, and very thorough....read full review
