i had a badly clogged sink drain after i used a drain opener, and the water started rising fast in the basin. It kept climbing above the drain opening, so i knew i needed a plumber right away. i bailed the water into a bucket to stop a mess, but it still kept backing up, and since it had drain cleaner in it, i did not want it spilling into the house or damaging anything. I called for plumbing help, and leonard arrived in about 90 minutes. he worked very carefully around the pedestal sink, checked the drain line, and cleared a blockage farther down the pipe.
