Ignite Yoga & Wellness (formerly Ignite Yoga of York) is a beautiful studio located in East York, PA. They offer a variety of classes, great for all levels of yogi. They also offer Reiki treatments and Nutritional/Personal Coaching. There's a great sense of community and belonging here which I definitely appreciate. I see people in classes of every age, shape, and size.
Evacuated Irma from the Florida Keys and was looking for a yoga studio here in Pa. Went to my first class last night and I have to say it was so fun. The instructor described the moves well and we had a good work out. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I have found my new studio! I just wish they had an afternoon class around 1 or 2 pm.
Took my first class there tonight and loved it. I have practiced yoga at four local studios over the last three years and this place has the best setting, professional instruction, great variety, and great teachers.
