Met with Faith last Wednesday and was super excited with her help and what I chose for my bathroom. I was told 2 days for an estimate and now it is a week, and I called on Monday for an update, but no response. Extremely disappointing with this experience, from a business that has been established for 30 years.
I am updating my review, because Faith called me promptly this morning and we were able to discover where the miscommunication was and she made sure I immediately received, my estimate.
Faith, is very knowledgeable about the products and the showroom has a lot of beautiful options.

I came in for a few questions and the staff was patient, friendly, and told me that I already had all the necessary parts to complete the job, so they didn't get to sell stuff when I didn't need it which is nice.If you're intimidated by plumbing jobs, definitely come here to get your supplies, as your questions will be answered by experts.
