My fabulous experience started with the original tech - Ben. He was everything you could hope for in customer service, pleasant, on time, knowledgeable, courteous, and great at his job. Well he was promoted - Rightfully so! Good to know Erhlich rewards their over achievers!Next Anthony steps in and we were hopeful he would be as wonderful. And he was! He also excels at this job and you can tell he was trained by the best! Thank you Anthony and Ben - I sleep better knowing my home is bug free!

Paid for warranty inspection back in 2021 for 2022. I was billed 5 times for same warranty inspection. It was a lot of phone time to straighten it out. Paid for warranty inspection in 2022 for 2023. Inspector showed up while we were not home. There was no advance notice of an inspection. York office called on 12/27/22 and stated they would schedule and notify after the 1st of Jan 2023. The main problem I see is that you don't talk to the local office. When you call you get the National Office in Ohio. Apparently they did away with all the local office staff everywhere which wasn't a very good idea when it comes to customer serviceService: Home inspection
