The vet spent plenty of time with my dog and made suggestions and gave meds to make him more comfortable. There were several different things going on with him and she addressed every one of them. I did not feel rushed and I felt that her concern was genuine

I have had good experiences with the hospital for well visits. Sick visits have been an issue. There do not seem to be enough staff members to effectively handle sick visits. I have been told to go to the pet ER. Why have a doctor if you cannot get a sick appointment? Disappointed.

We have had multiple animals receive care through the years at this facility. The staff has shown caring and concern for all of them, especially each vet we have seen. Penny now sees Dr. Pinchke and he is patient and thorough with her. As veterinary care has progressed, so has the financial burden that comes with the cost of expensive tests/blood work. There are times, I feel that some tests are encouraged but not really necessary. Senior discount is appreciated. I would hate to think that many pets are not getting adopted due to the rising costs of vet care.
