I’ve been going to Dr Natalie at Harmonic Balances for a few months now. And she never fails to make me feel better. The atmosphere of her place of business is so calming and zen-like. It’s so colorful, with so much natural light, and it’s so nice.
She truly cares about her clients, and takes the time to really learn their needs and assess them accurately. And I really love her overall approach to how she treats her clients as well. For me, her holistic approach is perfect!
One of my last appointments, I came in with neck pain, a migraine, and explained that I had been stressed and anxious. She really took her time working on my neck and shoulders, used a sound bowl/sound bathing to calm me, and whipped out my favorite essential oil (Anxiety Ease) to also soothe my anxiety.
This woman is a god send, and I can not recommend her enough for any of your chiropractic needs. She goes above and beyond any other office in the area. 11/10 is the best.

Dr. Natalie is the best! She takes the time to get to know her patients and focuses on wellness. My daughter has scoliosis and had shoulder pain on a regular basis. We tried physical therapy, a back brace, pain medications, etc and nothing helped her pain. After seeing Dr. Natalie on a regular basis she has not had any pain flare ups in her shoulder. Dr. Natalie is a blessing to the York area! 🌟
