I went to Firefly based on the great reviews and they didn’t disappoint. I had a 90 minute Signature Massage with Brittany and she was terrific. She took the time to understand what I wanted pre-massage, thoroughly explained cupping and CBD (since I was unaware) and gave me great feedback after the massage. The massage itself was very relaxing with the right amount of pressure and care. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to beginner’s yoga on Mondays and kundalini yoga on Tuesdays for the past few months and I really love both teachers Kathy and Kara. The community there is very inclusive and supportive. I’ve never once felt uncomfortable and I always look forward to classes at Firefly.
