I’ve used R.S. Bortner several times, and Brent is always extremely responsive when service is needed. Most recently, my furnace blower motor failed overnight during a cold snap. I called first thing in the morning, and he had a technician at my house within 45 minutes. Brady was the technician who handled the repair—he quickly diagnosed the issue and had the system back up and running in no time. The whole experience was smooth and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend!
As always we had a great experience with Todd from R.S. Bortner. Our air conditioning suddenly stopped working ahead of the heat wave and he made time to come out and fix it. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He is always great to talk with and is very thorough in his work. He doesn't leave until the job is done well and all things are checked. He does a great job educating the customer on how to keep their units running well and doesn't try to sell things like other companies. He got us up and running same day and went above and beyond. Over a weekend I had a pinhole leak in a copper line at my house. Knowing that it was not an emergency, I used the website to submit an inquiry. On Saturday evening, Brent responded back to me and he was at my house by Monday morning at 9 AM to discuss my needs. While I had fixed the pinhole leak in the meantime, I asked for pricing to replace as much copper with PEX as possible. Brent got me back a quote the same day and we were scheduled the following Tuesday for work to start.
