came from the Middle East and have been in Erie for 3 years. I haven't found anyone as professional in the fields of massage and nails as Megan Wood from my perspective. I always go to her and she never disappointed me always leave her sessions completely satisfied. I've done spa nails with her, and she's been very gentle with my nails compared to other salons. Even in massage sessions, she treats the client with the utmost care, asking about areas needing more attention. She prepares the environment and atmosphere, even psychologically preparing you. She has a wonderful and truly kind personality. She's the best in Erie, Pennsylvania. Go to her and you won't be disappointed.

Needed a small game of chance application notarized and was told to go to the magistrates office by the staff at the court house. Was told that they do not notarize these licenses even though the court house said they would assist. Luckily found this place StopNGo Notary. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Helped me get what I needed with no hassle and learnt that they can’t even help as a broker which I’ll definitely be looking into in January when I need to shop around for insurances. Highly recommend this place for anyone that needs anything as they assist with a multitude of stuff.
A year ago I lost my pup and wanted to get a memorial tattoo last second for him. I walked into the shop the second it opened and talked to Blake. I pulled up a silhouette I wanted & asked him if I could write my dogs nickname down and tattoo it to make it more “me”. He was all for it, and even edited the name for me by using the same o’s from the one part of his name to make it more even! He gave me an option of 2 sizes, which I thought was really awesome! It was a clean shop, seemed very family like, and definitely would return again for another!
Dr. Carter is the best! After going to another local med spa and seeing no results, Dr. Carter applied her experience and knowledge to come up with an amazing plan for my face. I was shocked at how amazing my lips looked. Dr. Carter also makes me look a few years younger with dysport. Truly a skin magician. There is no one around with the experience or knowledge like Dr. Carter has, after all, she is also a trauma surgeon. Choose correctly when it comes to your face!
Ranjana dee is truly one of the best hairstylist I have come across. The only way to do great work is to love what you do every single day and she’s very passionate about doing anything that involves beauty. From eyelash extensions, facial to hair coloring/cutting, she’s the best person to reach out. She truly knows what she’s doing. She’s one of a gem and her aura is beautiful. Catherine was the first medical professional in 25 years to do a complete thyroid and hormone panel for me. Doctors kept telling me my symptoms were all in my head, but within 5 minutes of walking into my appt, Catherine said you have been like this a long time haven't you? She literally pulled me back from the brink. At 58, I felt like I was 88. I feel like I am 48 now. Thank you, Catherine.

I went there for the first time, my daughter got her hair cut. She is very picky about her hair. They did exactly as she asked, Shes beyond thrilled! The atmosphere was relaxing, plenty of parking and great location. The owner is very kind and friendly I definitely highly recommend this business !!! We will be back very soon! Pretty good, they gave me exactly what they asked for and after a washing some of the product out I'm pretty happy with it. Only criticism is that they too much product and it makes it hard to judge the haircut at first, but otherwise everything about the experience was great.

She helped me make decisions about what I wanted, gave me suggestions, and asked my permission for everything - using extra products, styling, etc. I really appreciated her compassion and empathy. I had Angel; guy is a baller. There's a little flare to the way he does things and you can tell it's just him truly being passionate about the job. He is careful and particular because he wants you to have a good cut, and adds an element of showmanship to boot. Great place for a cut. Angel said something about possibly moving back to York, but I'm sure the other guys do a great job too.

Started letting my beard get longer a couple months ago and wanted a professional trim and shaping. My wife noticed Dapper Don’s and said that place looks like one you’d like. I’m here to say she was 100% correct! Friendly laid back atmosphere and Anthony did an awesome trim on my beard. It turned out exactly like I wanted. Anthony is very skilled and attentive to detail. This was an overall excellent experience and I plan on returning so that Anthony can keep my beard looking its best. I highly endorse Anthony and Dapper Don’s.

I'm not sure what made me look at these reviews but, I've been tanning here for a few years now and have never once noticed anybody being anything but polite and kind to everybody. The only time I've run into somebody not knowing something was because they were new, but, they found out any answer I needed. I think people are too hard on retail workers. It is a tough job working with the public and biting your tongue all day. However, they managed to do it flawlessly. Also, I really like my tan!
Sun capsule is the absolute best tanning place I’ve been too! I mainly wanted to write this review because of Tara! She is the absolute best! She always greets me as soon as I walk through the door. My daughter was so excited to get her nails done for the 1st time, she's 11. Roxie was amazing. She took so much time and patience with my daughter and they chatted for hours. Best place to get a pedicure. They deeply take care of the nails, along with getting ALL dead skin and callouses off. Used to get my nails done here but wasn’t always 100% satisfied with them so I only do pedicures here. Tony gives the best! Would recommend to anyone for a detailed pedicure!

Very professional and clean salon. During my visits to nail salons, I often find that the process to clean and disinfect the area in between clients is not the best. I typically do not return to such places. However, as I sat at M Nails and watched during my pedicure I was impressed. I will definitely be returning to M Nails as this is an establishment that is managed with care and caution. My nail person was very friendly,welcoming and kept checking to ensure I was happy with the color.

Just yesterday I got a full set of lashes done by Tay as I had previously gone somewhere else, but the previous place did not have availability that worked with my schedule. Tay not only had availability that worked plenty with my schedule, but I was also interested based on her fall deal with lashes that she is running currently as well as her prices worked better for me than the previous place I visited. I not only was able to get in when it was convenient for me, but she was also able to change my appointment time to something more feasible when my schedule changed, which ended up working better for her as well. On top of that, she offered a free deluxe lash aftercare kit for the accommodation of changing the time of the appointment. The appointment itself was lovely, and I had great conversation with her as well as got a bit of a lash nap! So far my lashes are holding up very well and like many have stated, I barely notice that I have them on! I love them so much and look forward to going to see her again.

I had a fantastic experience at Ronin Ink. I have many tattoos but haven't gotten a new one in almost ten years. My previous artist is no longer in the business, and being an autistic adult, I struggled to feel comfortable with someone new. But Nick did a fantastic job, and I was able to remain calm the entire time. I got a memorial tattoo for my Dad who recently passed away, and I'm super impressed with the quality and attention to even the smallest detail. I will definitely come back to Nick in the future and have already recommended him to a couple friends.

First time using Advanced Testing Services was a great experience. He was here in less than 24 hours after I called to do our backflow testing. Friendly and professional.
Made an appointment with H Jack and they came out the following morning. Very professional and timely. They walked through the house and yard then checked the septic system They made sure to explain what they observed and found to be the problem. Got out their shovel and dug up a filter that needed to be rinsed off and replaced it. Then covered up the digging.
All this was done within an hour. Very helpful and willing to explain each detail. Will use H Jack again if needed.

Since moving to Harborcreek last fall, I have had Yurkovic Plumbing work on three different projects. Today, it was installing two new toilets. I have been totally satisfied with their work and recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work (I can't speak to the heating side). They have been very responsive when contacted and scheduled the work very quickly. I have had different plumbers from the company work for me, and they have all been knowledgeable and done high quality work. They know the right way to do things and that's what they do. In addition, everyone has been very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Since I'm new to town, I can't say there aren't other good plumbers out there. I mean, I've only worked with one. But I will say that I am glad that I started working with Yurkovic. I will continue to call them whenever I have additional work I need done.Services: Toilet installation

They discussed the various opportunities that the plumbers union offers, their training, their apprenticeship program. And finished with a tour of their facility. Very educational. This company is excellent. I had a countertop installed from Lowe’s and had go have a plumber come before hand to take out faucets and plumbing under the counter and then 24 hours after countertop was installed they had to come back to reinstall the plumbing. They went out of their way to see that this was done! Dan was very professional and you didn’t even know he was here when the work was done. I highly recommend them for any of your needs. I also had them install a gas line for a new stove.

Highly recommend Bob Frick. Prior to doing the work at my home he spent an hour with me explaining how he was going to solve my electrical problem. I received his quote within 3 days of our first meeting and immediately hired him for the job. Four days later he was at my house, turned off my electric and then proceeded to move my main electrical box and panel, installed new equipment and wired everything together and then completed wiring the panel. Turned on the electric at 3 pm. I am amazed at his talent and quality of workmanship Again I highly recommendation him - hire him if want work done correctly.

I am new to Erie and did not have anyone to ask for an electrician referral. I really lucked out finding Simonian and have them do work in my home. They are absolutely great in every way. They are my forever go to for electrical needs,
I was about to give up on fixing my speed queen drier then I met Josh at their store. He convinced me not to give up. He sent out technician Ian, my old drier was stubborn. They sent me another technician. Old school Mike the service manager was awesome. Long story short. My drier is working like new at after being 15 years old plus. They are old school honest, tell you is it worth fixing or replacing. I will be seeing them soon for a washer replacement, my old one would cost more than a new one. This kind of local business with old school honesty, customer first, and their reputation maters. They care about community not a quick buck sell out. We forget how important local businesses are, they care more than big box, FYI, corporations. They made me feel as I matter like a neighbor or family.

I called Rainbow Restoration to look at water damage at my mom's house. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They are professional and friendly. They answered all of my questions. I walked by took a look. Everything looks good. There is some really nice rugs displayed in the window. Some people would say there not happy with my reviews. I say puck em. I looked , I took a photo and I wrote. Thats the requirements. I feel that the rugs are amazing and I also feel. That a person don't have to call you back. Maybe they had an emergency and never called you back in error.

I wouldn’t let anyone else clean my carpet. I happened to have a coupon for another area carpet cleaning company, so I gave them a try. The next day, I spilled a cup of coffee on my carpet at the top of the steps. Just so happens, my neighbor was having her carpets cleaned by Everclean, so I went out and asked if they could do me a quick favor. They came in, cleaned up the spill and I was blown away! Where they sucked up the coffee spill, that area of my carpet was so bright and clean. I had very light tan carpet, so it was quite evident. After it dried, there it was, this amazingly clean area surrounded by not so clean carpet that had just been cleaned by the other company. This made a believer out of me. And to top it off, Everclean would not take a penny for saving my carpet from the coffee spill.

Klein continues to honor/service their work for over 25 years! We moved into a home that Klein installed a French drain system in the basement in the year 2000. We were able to seamlessly transfer the warranty from the previous owner into our names. Brian personally came to our new home and showed us how our system works and gave tips for upkeep. He even walked the outside perimeter of our home to educate us on some improvements that we could do ourselves to prevent water from entering our basement at all.
We have asked questions here and there over the past couple years and our phone calls are always returned promptly with a knowledgeable answer. Recently a dehumidifier that Klein installed for the previous owner was leaking. Brian explained to me on the phone that the issue was likely a clogged house and he detailed how to fix the issue. When we weren’t quite able to solve the problem on our own, Brian stopped over and fixed the hose in less than ten minutes.
Our family loves the Klein team! Even our five month old baby loves Brian. Highly recommend!

I had a massive yellow jacket hive on the second floor just under the roof and you could hear them in the walls inside the house. They were able to come out the next day and get it taken care of in no time. Luis was knowledgeable and probably the most polite guy I have ever met. He explained everything he was doing and assured me that they would be out right away if the bees were not fully wiped out. They better make sure they keep that guy and give him a raise. This is my first year with Perf-a-Lawn Erie. They were recommended by my neighbor. I tried to service my own lawn after retiring for the last 3 years and did pretty well. However, this year I realized what I had been doing wasnt enough. Its amazing how much better my lawn looks. The cost increase was really nominal over Scotts self-applied products. Customer service is always polite and respectful, and the service staff are friendly. I highly recommend people consider giving them a try.

( tried several dentists in the area..got txt and never returned) until I found Dr. Mahoney at Sleep Denistry. His staff is efficient and friendly, especially the therapy dogs Dr Gizmo & Gadget. Dr Mahoney takes time to answer questions and then the best route to achieve good dental health. He keeps up with modern technologies to be able to provide optimal care. Now, I don't hesitate to keep my appointments.. if an emergency arises his staff works with you to squeeze you in.

I am very happy to have found this place! The friendly staff, especially Amber and Nicole who are very helpful and supportive make a great team with Dr. Maybee. My spine has been holding so much stress it would keep me awake at night and was extremely debilitating. After 2 sessions the amount of relief I’ve felt was overwhelming. I was so grateful to find relief and it’s honestly the best part of my week. My mood has improved now that I’m not in pain, I’ve been sleeping better and even my bathroom habits started to improve. PTSD was not just wreaking havoc on my brain but on my spine too. All the release has helped me so much. I highly recommend this office for all your chiropractor needs. They also started offering massage therapy! I will be trying that. My life has improved greatly since coming here. Definitely worth it all.

Twinbrook Veterinary Hospital has been there for us every step of the way since we adopted our first fur kid, Francine in 2020. In addition to providing excellent wellness care and advice, they have always heard our concerns and been incredibly thorough. When we noticed a change in behavior, we brought her in to have her evaluated. Dr. Smith found her osteosarcoma(unexpected in a cat that young)and Dr. Rosenthal performed surgery on her the very next day. They saved her life and then helped us to help her heal and adjust to life on three legs. They have continued to monitor her for any signs of reoccurrence and she has not only survived, but thrived.
We have since added to our family and each time, they have helped us integrate our new member(s) and treated any issues that have arisen from a routine neuter(Max) to a full dental(Maggie). They have even assisted us when we have fostered kittens. In addition to excellent veterinary care, the office staff is first rate. We have been shown kindness and compassion by everyone we’ve encountered and we genuinely believe that they love our animals as much as we do. We are eternally grateful to Twinbrook and recommend them highly.
Our Sally of 14 years passed away on July 29th. We brought her there and staff were very sympathetic. They explained the procedure of her body being picked up and cremated then her ashes returned to us with a paw print and snips of her hair along with forget me nots seeds to plant

Been going to this vet for my beloved pets for over 18 years. Very compassionate. ? currently my pup sees Dr. Piersol, who we've seen for years for all our dogs. My older dog loves her and actually gets excited when I say her name. He is getting acupuncture for back legs. He's a 10 year old lab and my whole ❤️ heart. She is so good with him and really listens to our concerns and has taken such good care if him. Would recommend them to anyone who loves their babies as much as we do which is immensely!

I had an emergency with an old feral cat who had injured her eye and had a respiratory infection. Wales practice fit her in quickly and treated her like a queen. When I had to return when she ripped her eye out, they cleaned it, put on a cone and spent time AFTEER they were closed to find me an affordable emergency vet where she could get eye surgery. The office staff and vets were tremendous and the price was much less for her visit and medicines were much less than I expected. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Took my puli there to get nails done. Was totally impressed that she was very familiar with the breed and very patient with me and my dog. She showed me how to care for her feet and other very helpful info. Several area groomer have claimed they have worked on Pulis. Impossible. Very highly recommend, just wish I would have found her sooner
They have the biggest heart and are very accommodating. This establishment was a God send in a time of need. A friend was hospitalized and needed a home for his cat. The owner so graciously offered support and care for his cat during his time in need. I hope the community supports their business so their non profit efforts can also be supported.
Our baby Zurk has loved every minute of being at Paws 'n Claws playing with his best friends and being cared for by the amazing staff. We are so happy that we found a place with staff that cares for other's dog how they would care for their own. I cannot recommend bringing your dogs here enough.

I went to #Fyzical for about twelve sessions, forty-five minutes each. On that last session an evaluation was performed. My therapist and another consultant concluded that I wasn't showing any progress, and my insurance wouldn't like what was happening, so they said that I was finished. I was trying my best to do what was required, so this was a great disappointment. I think that #Fyzical failed me.
