Pretty good, they gave me exactly what they asked for and after a washing some of the product out I'm pretty happy with it. Only criticism is that they too much product and it makes it hard to judge the haircut at first, but otherwise everything about the experience was great.

Absolutely wonderful service. My hair has never looked or felt better. After trying multiple products for my hair, Edna pointed me in the right direction. The products may cost a little more, but it is well worth it. I recommend this salon and spa if you want excellent service and a professional look.

Panache is hands down my favorite salon in Erie. From wedding hair and makeup 10 years ago to the adorable cut I had today… Jess was a phenomenal stylist and I highly recommend her. My haircut is perfect and you always feel so welcomed at Panache. I will go back again and again!
