“My dog has been going there at least 6 months, since she was 11 weeks old, and she loves it! I am so impressed with the staff and owner. They truly love these dogs and it shows when I drop off my dog. She cannot wait to get inside to play. I even see other dogs being dropped off and they have that same energy. It is truly the best money I have spent on my little girl.“

“I brought June in today for a look around and complimentary play for the day. I was on first impression greeted with friendly smiles and really appreciate how clean the resort is. June was a bit nervous (her first daycare experience) but the staff knew just how to set a relaxed tone and she was all smiles and wags before I left her! She played with two big dogs while I got a short in prompt tour of the Resort! I really enjoyed meeting everyone there! Especially, ANisa, The really sweet girl who returned June to me at the end of the day. She gave me a full report of how things went and really treated June like her own pup. Very professional and I love all the caring small touches also... homemade doggie cookies! Oh, we are definitely friends in June’s book!! Thank you Reynolds and we look forward to our next visit.“

“Have had a great experience with Come Dog and Walkin' Dog classes here (both taught by Emma). Our dog is 65lb of pure puppy energy and we were not sure if he'd be able to make it through a whole hour being so close to other dogs without being able to play with them (his only desire in life is to wrestle every dog he sees). Emma did a great job setting up the space to minimize distractions and got him to the point where he pays attention to us even with other dogs nearby. All the games and skills we learned in class have really translated into better behaviour and self control everywhere. Going on walks is 1000% more fun, he's able to sit calmly when dogs walk by us, and his recall is pretty darn good too. Going to classes together really helped me and my partner get on the same page with training. Instead of both of us watching a bunch of random Youtube videos and taking different approaches we now all know the same cues and rewards and our dog isn't getting mixed messages from us. Totally worth the cost.“

“I've been taking my Australian Labradoodle there 2 days a week for a year now, and she absolutely loves it there. She is so excited at the entrance and to see the staff.Everyone there is professional, friendly, and show they care about their guests. They also work hard to keep the place clean. The owner does a great job of balancing everything (safety, prices, hours, procedures, etc.). And the app they use is great too.I am confident dropping off my best friend, and feel good she is there. Thank you Ruff House staff!“

“I’ve taken 4 classes with my young dog at Happy Go Lucky and I’m so grateful for their guidance and instruction. The instructors are TERRIFIC and the extras that Susan taught in obedience have proven to be essential to calm, daily living with my dog. Having never trained a puppy, I was unprepared for the challenges and was floundering when we arrived. Through the classes I’ve become much more confident and my dog is thriving!“

“Highly recommended; they understand dogs, and use only positive methods. I foster dogs from China and Taiwan for Golden Bond Rescue. I'm not inexperienced with training, but one dog was extremely fear-aggressive with other people and very unsafe. Brittany worked with us a couple of times, and with some practice we were able to change her behavior completely. She got a wonderful home. Not inexpensive, but effective.“

“Wish I had invested in this years ago! As my dog has aged, he's become more set in behaviors that are not conducive to a inclusive family environment. With other dogs with other children etc. This has been transformational not only for my dog, but also the other animals in our house and our lifestyle.“

“Upon arriving back in Portland, I needed a dog walker as my remote job gave way to an on-site job. After being ignored by a couple of different providers, Betsy responded promptly, set up a meeting and now my guy, Gary, is the happiest pup on the block. She's priced fairly, provides excellent service (pictures of every walk and attention to Gary's well being), is an A+ communicator and just a generally great care-taker. I couldn't be any happier with Bowser's and Betsy and, as a fanatical fan of my dog, recommend her without hesitation.“

“Dog Buddies Daycare has been so great for our family! Our pup is timid due to some bad experiences in the past with aggressive dogs. He's been able to get over his timidness and make so many friends at Dog Buddies due to the great staff who monitor the play and always make sure each Dog is having a great time. They even post to their Instagram story everyday so you can see pictures and videos of your dog to check in on them and see how many friends they've made. Highly recommend!“

“Whitney and team are phenomenal. She has been training our Zoey since she was 6 months old. We love having Whitney and team available for questions and concerns. They are always helpful! When we feel Zoey needs a refresher, Whitney is always available to help. Whitney and team also offers doggy daycare for Zoey when we are out of town. I always know Zoey is in good hands!“

“Our 15 y/o cat was terminally ill and had to be put down. I didn’t want his long time Vet/staff who’d developed a relationship with him to have to do it so a friend recommended Oswego Vet. Dr. Naomi and her assistant were so respectful and kind and came to our home to make it less stressful for all of us. The treatment was humane and gentle.A few days later, Dr. Naomi sent a handwritten sympathy card with his (ink) paw prints. And then they sent separate card to say that a tree had been donated in his honor to the Arbor Day foundation. I’m so moved and grateful and can’t say enough good things about this practice. They made a horrible decision more bearable. I’m so pleased that there’s a little tree out there with GIR’s name on it??“

“I love the Fear Free approach as Huggy Bear has anxiety and our former vet only did drop-offs on short notice. By the end of it all, he was the most calm I've ever seen him at a vet. The atmosphere was also very warm, professional, spacious and inviting from my perspective as well. Not to mention he recently got loose while I was at work and was wrangled by Drea, who works at RCVH. I never felt rushed and they made sure all of my concerns were addressed. All in all, this was the best experience we've had at a vet!“

“Nicole Flowers is an excellent dog trainer. I highly recommend her services for any type of issue you and your dog are facing. I am with a Weimaraner rescue organization and we have hired Nicole to help us help dogs in foster and adoptive homes, and even to help dog owners who were considering surrendering their dogs to us when what they needed was a good trainer to help them. Common issues we hire Nicole for are leash reactivity, dog aggression, over protective with human, and obsessive/compulsive behavior (with people and food).Nicole's strengths are:* Experience - she has seen it all and been involved in animal training for many years.* Creative solutions - she does not presume to have the immediate solution; she spends time with the dog to understand the issue and then considers what will most likely work and modifies the training as she goes along. The results to her approach are amazing!* Professionalism, reliability and communication. Nicole listens very well to each detail the dog owner provides and explains her training approach so it is easy to follow for someone not familiar with dog training.I can truly say that in several cases where we hired Nicole, I do not know what we'd have done without her. In every case she made a positive impact for the dog and the people involved. 100% success in every case.“

“They care for the dogs and the dogs clearly enjoy their time there. We've trusted them with our pups for years. Once they cared for our 17 year old elder dog for a week. They gave us updates and made sure we knew they had our fur family in a good place.“

“We have had 3 cats as patients at Cat Care Professionals over the last 10-11 years and have always had a stellar experience. They are patient, gentle, knowledgeable... all the positive adjectives when working with our cats. There are plenty of vets closer to our home but we make the extra drive to CCP because it is so worth it.“

“I was a little worried about boarding our older kitties as they had never spent a night away from home, but we were having our floors refinished so there was no option. ACCR was highly recommended by our vet and we were not disappointed! The cats apparently settled in quickly and came home very relaxed and well cared for. I will not hesitate to send them to the Retreat again.“

“We bring our dog Rupert here now that he's neutered, vaccinated, and old enough to socialize well. He's always happy to arrive at the play area and can't wait to get in. He comes home after a half day stay, prerry exhausted and well exercised. The staff remembers Rupert every time and let's us know how things went while he is there. The location is very convenient, the staff is great, and our dog is learning some good dog manners from playing and socializing with the dogs there. This is our third month bringing Rupert there, and we couldn't be happier.“
