I really love coming to this Floor & Decor location because everyone is so attentive, and Abdi especially stands out. She always takes the time to help me find exactly what I need, and she’s so kind and patient. I always feel taken care of, and I’ll definitely keep coming back.

Came in, with my piece of slab, after being overwhelmed as I was left to my own devices at another tile store a few days ago. I was greeted upon entry by these two (Reed and Erin, I think). I showed Erin a wall tile I’d seen online and she helped me track it down, along with a compatible tile for the floor. In the process, we also found another wall/floor option. I brought both home to look at in our natural light. Will either be going with the top and left tile, or bottom and right tile in this picture, in either case with a wood tile floor. So appreciate the help and guidance!
