Everyone from the front desk staff to the technicians and doctors were so so so amazing when we were so so so terrified about our dog's health and status. We expected long wait times and were met with immediate attention. And when the technician or doctor was with us, they took their time with us. I found this surprising at an emergency vet clinic. They were optimistic and thorough and patient (I called multiple times with questions during post-op at home). Highly recommend.
Highly recommend. Took my pup in because thought he got stung be a bee. Not sure if he was allergic. Nurse triage saw him very nice and thorough. He was in no danger and took him home. Vet was slammed and so they said they would call me when the vet could see him. I called to say we are good and take him out of the queue. Super friendly staff. No charge for a nurse to triage him. So impressed and shocked that there was no charge for this service.
Jaxson (pup) and I thank you. ❤🐾
I called on the off chance the clinic still had an x-ray image from 10 years ago. Immediately, ALAN COLE, said it might be possible and went about trying to find the record.
HE FOUND IT!!
Alan’s willingness and enthusiasm to help me were incredible touching!
The world would be a much better place with more people like Alan Cole!
Thank you!!!
