as temperatures were getting warmer and the house was getting uncomfortable, we found out the heater and hvac system was not working right. we have used this company for years and have always been pleased with their service, professionalism, and repair work. we left a message and also reached out to a few other hvac repair companies because it was a busy season, but john called back quickly and even stopped by later that day. he inspected the system, found the issue fast, and repaired it right away. a damaged exterior wire had worn through and caused a short, which was keeping the system from running properly. we were worried it might mean a major heater or hvac replacement,...read full review
John was very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions about the HVAC installation. I asked about everything, from system specs and energy efficiency to financing options and available incentives, and he explained it all in a simple, helpful way. Braden and Geoffrey did an excellent job installing the new air conditioning unit and gas furnace. They were professional, careful in my home, wore boot covers, cleaned up thoroughly, and even wiped down the equipment when they finished. They really know how to take care of their customers. I called in the morning about a heater system concern, and they first said they could come by the next day. Later, Geoffrey called and let me know they had an opening that same afternoon. Soon after, Geoffrey and Nolan arrived, inspected the heating unit, checked the electrical components, airflow, and overall furnace performance, and found that everything was working properly. The issue turned out to be related to the system size and how hard it had been working, not a major repair.
