Even during the busy summer season, Ivan promptly called me back and came out the next day for an estimate. I really appreciated the detailed (step-by-step) estimate, as well as not over-promising on scheduling. The LADA team is very experienced and did excellent, efficient work with great attention to detail. They took the time to find the leak source, removed all the damaged materials, replaced the siding, caulked and painted everything to better than new. Great cleanup as well! I'd definitely use them again and have already recommended them to friends for any exterior work.”
