That said, my experience at Sunset Oral & Maxillofacial simply could not have been better. Every interaction with their staff, in the reception area and in the treatment room, was clear and kind. Dr. Ugalde is very personable - I bet he's a fun guy to be around off-duty - and extremely efficient and skilled. The procedure itself was painless and surprisingly brief. Dr. Ugalde called me at 8:15 p.m. (my appointment was 9:50 a.m.) to see how I was doing. Hold that thought. This is what professionalism is supposed to look like.“
