This was my first visit with Ali and it was the most wonderful salon experience I’ve ever had. Ali has set up a very calm and inviting environment, it was the most relaxed and least anxious I’ve felt in a salon and Ali was a light in my day. I walked in having zero idea what I was looking for other than needing a change with my hair, she asked all the right questions, paid attention, explained the steps she would be taking in ways I could understand and not be surprised by something and end up hating it, and gave the most wonderful scalp massage. I left feeling the happiest with my hair that I have in a long time, it was a big chop but my hair feels so soft and is healthy looking again with room for versatility on how I style it. I am so very thankful to have had the experience with her and look forward to going back to her in the future.

I've been trusting Carol at Classics Hair Salon now for maybe the last 20 years. I still remember how awful it was going to one of those chain haircutting places and always getting some new stranger that never seemed to really care. Used to go to the House of Lords in Toronto which was kind of trippy but still not very personal. I've always been satisfied with the job Carol does and now that I want to keep my hair long, Carol was able to layer it and teach me how to maintain the curl.

I was not someone that would get my nails done regularly but since I started going here and have had Vivi do my nails a few times I think I see why women invest in this type of self care. Vivi does such an amazing job and my nails last 3 weeks without a chip. Today I couldn’t decide on a colour from the samples they gave me. I showed her a photo and she mixed three colours together to give me the perfect shade…identical to the photo. So happy.

I never thought I was going to get another tattoo but I really wanted one and I came here to check and see if they had availability.I was able to get a tattoo the same day. I was told too come back at two and I came back at 140 and Anisa was ready with a designed tattoo and supplies ready. I am so thrilled about the service here at Artistics. I have gotten 8/9 of my piercings here, all done by Tasha, and she is absolutely amazing. She did my eyebrow, and the ball had fallen off a week after she did my brow; the jewelry ended up falling out in my sleep. I called them to ask if she could take a look at it, and the replacement jewelry was free. She is absolutely so gentle when doing services, and shes also very welcoming and friendly. Pete did an excellent job, he is so sanitary before and after the tattoo. He even has a TV asked me what I wanted to watch. He's so kind and very professional, his work and prices are second to none. Wade visited on July 18th, and he resolved a significant floor drain clog. The service was exceptional, and I highly recommend this company.
I found Ron and his company through a list of approved contractors that was supplied to me by the city of St Catharines to install backflow preventers in commercial buildings. I had never heard of his company before, or met him. The name Canadas Pro Plumbing just appealed to me. The owner, Ron, came out and did the inspection and I was quite pleased. Fast forward six months and I called on him to do a massive plumbing job in the same building. He and his crew had to literally reverse the entire sewer pipe and slope from one end of the building to the other, as we needed a new sewer lateral out to the middle of a major street. Ron worked with me the entire time, kept me updated and was extremely reasonable in pricing. I feel that I got lucky and blindly pulled an ace out of the deck when I was originally given the long list of contractors. I would absolutely recommend Ron and his team to assist anyone with their plumbing needs. Thank you for your help Ron !! You have no idea what a massive worry you lifted off my head.

We had a bit of an issue regarding a shower leakage that was not caught by the plumber. When I spoke with accounting the matter of payment was dealt with quickly and professionally.
Tavon arrived in the time frame that he promised, and quickly performed a diagnostic assessment to determine the problem with the blockage in our drainage pipes. My wife and I were concerned due to the minor flooding that was caused with sewage backup. Tavon was able to remedy the problem and followed up by providing sound advice to both of us so this will not be a reoccurring issue. He was professional, courteous and efficient with his work. I highly recommend this company and his services for any future needs you may have regarding plumbing and draining services.
