Have visited Carousel multiple times for both barber services and tattoos. The quality has always been very high, clean, and careful. Would make a special effort to go and get a haircut, or a tattoo from anyone who works there.

Jesse has been doing my haircuts since I’ve moved back from Burlington. Go see him best barber in the area !!I consider myself a fairly tattooed person. I have multiple big pieces. Been tattooed by people all around. New Orleans , Miami , South America, Toronto ,etc.I honestly feel I am walking around with a Mona Lisa on my leg. My leg sleeve is amazing ?. Very refreshing to give an artist an idea and see them execute it exactly the way you picture it. Definitely best tattoo shop in southern Ontario . Thanks jordan !
