Edited: They asked me in to see what was going on. Turns out that my expectations were a bit too high. Permanently straightened hair, when left to air dry, will dry a bit kinky here and there because hair is flexible. My layers also add to the wavy look. Would I get it done again? Most likely. It is SO much easier to handle than curly hair and it dries faster. The price point is the only thing that takes away from my review being a 5 star at this time.Original: I went to get my hair permanently straightened.
