He contracted, budgeted and managed all trades (plumbing, carpentry, tiles, flooring, paint, etc) except the kitchen cabinetry and was great at coordinating scheduling. I wasn't in the city while work was being done but I was updated on progress and brought in for inspections/approvals as needed. He is honest, detailed, dependable and a pleasure to work with. We ran into a few snags (who doesn't in a large reno) and he met the challenges with creative, effective solutions. The project was managed within budget. I highly recommend him.“
