We had a huge problem with our plumbing being clogged. We had John V in to determine how to fix the problem. He quoted and fixed the issue while maintaining the price quoted. He was professional and polite, neat and tidy. Left us with the problem solved and no clean up for us to deal with. I've had a plan with enercare, but they couldn't fix the issue and left a mess in the process. Thank you Roto-Rooter.
We had initially called another company who wanted three times the price for less than an hour of work, but we are so thankful this company was available.They arrived within 3 hours of our call, diagnosed the issue, offered solutions and fixed the issue. He even made recommendations on how we can avoid the issue in the future including cost saving methods for a permanent fix.I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter for both customer service and skill.
Service was fast, effective, and very friendly. Experienced guys and inexpensive price. We had requested their services before and it was the same. Can't think of anyone else that can do a better job. Chris and Komar were the best.
