Kazzel was exceptional—professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled. She took such care with every step of the mani/pedi, making sure I was comfortable and explaining each part of the process without ever feeling rushed. Finally found a perfect spa for all my needs…. Staff is excellent, very well trained and take the upmost care in tending to the clients. I have received spa treatments in many countries around the work and OGGI rates right up with the best experiences I have had.
