I found Ron and his company through a list of approved contractors that was supplied to me by the city of St Catharines to install backflow preventers in commercial buildings. I had never heard of his company before, or met him. The name Canadas Pro Plumbing just appealed to me. The owner, Ron, came out and did the inspection and I was quite pleased. Fast forward six months and I called on him to do a massive plumbing job in the same building.
