We would not recommend Jamie Janzen Plumbing & Heating. We found them to be unresponsive and not very helpful. It took us almost 2 weeks to hear from a tech on a follow up on a repair, and when we did, we found him to be somewhat condescending. At that point, we ended up going with a different company.

Don’t know how they are at plumbing but terrible driving. They held up a line of traffic yielding where there isn’t a yield. Then when the car in front of me honked they got out and argued with them. You had your own lane and didn’t need to yield there is no yield there everyone knows this. I also think it’s extremely unprofessional to have road rage in a work vehicle because someone honks at you because your holding up traffic.

Jamie Janzen Plumbing & Heating is the first and only company we call when we have plumbing issues... and in the past year we have reached out to them multiple times for a variety of different issues including the replacement of our sump pump.
