We had Gloria here today, and I cannot say enough great things about her. She was soo great and helpful, my father actually thought she was a PSW. She is such a people/animal person and made us feel so comfortable. Her finish time was 6pm, and even though her time was done, she stayed an extra 15/20 mins to finish up what she was doing instead of just stopping at exactly 6pm. By the end we were all laughing and trading pictures of our animals. The last maid service we used, we will not be using again. Hellamaid is easily the best cleaning service in Niagara we used! They did a great job on the initial move-in, and their follow-up was even better. They jumped on our request immediately and sent someone back to make sure every single corner was perfect. Total game changers for anyone moving into a new place!
