Our air-conditioning unit failed on us on Friday last week and we were fortunate to have them come and see us on Friday and have the issue fixed on Monday! We are very grateful for their help and they did an awesome job.

I’ve had two great experiences with this business.
The first was last year after I got my car. I had a tire repaired/changed somewhere else, and the person who did it didn’t have the tool to reset my dashboard. Even though this shop did NOT do the tire repair, they reset it for me free of charge. That really stood out to me.
Because they were so kind, I decided to go back for my oil change. During my second oil change, something that I wouldn’t have been able to see or even known about got damaged. What impressed me most was that they didn’t try to hide it. They told me right away and compensated me for it. Honestly, I appreciated the honesty even more than the compensation. In today’s world, transparency and human decency go a long way.
On top of that, they have great prices, fast ordering times, amazing customer service, and they always get the job done on time!

I have gone to Selkie Beauty for sugaring with Rachel regularly for over a year. I always feel comfortable, because she makes it a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, with good music! It is very clean. The service is excellent, using natural sugar. Rachel is very knowledgeable about skincare as well.

Excellent service and very professional company. Special thanks to Geoff the plumber.... he was truly dedicated and worked extremely hard to help protect our basement from flooding. He stayed for hours making sure everything was fixed properly and handled the emergency with real care and honesty. Highly recommended.
I was frantically looking for a new salon/hairdresser for months when I decided to take a drive to Shear Creations where I met Crystal, the owner of the salon. She was very welcoming, attentive and the shop was very attractive. I booked a color and a cut a couple of weeks later. It’s great that she is open on Saturday!!
Crystal listened to what I wanted: a little darker, a little shorter and more layers leaving it long enough to put in a pony for the gym.
I have to mention that I’ve asked this of MANY stylists and no one complied…well Crystal did!!
My hair was exactly what I asked for! I also have to mention that I am now a dark brown almost black and I left the salon with NO dye on my face ANYWHERE nor was I cleaning it out of my ears later on!!! First time for me ?

If you need waterproofing done to your home, please call Ron! I hired another company to fix a leak and they did not do a thorough job. They came back and said they had to do the rest of the side of the house.
I called Ron for a second opinion not only was he informative, but he was honest and reasonable cost wise. As you can see, he left my property spotless. The job was done this past summer and after the thaw from this winter and amount of rain, the backfill and stone under my carport sank quite a bit. I did not call Ron, I figured I would have to backfill it myself. He came by on Saturday of the Easter long weekend and filled in what settled underneath the carport. If that’s not customer service, I don’t know what is! Thank you again, Ron if I have any other issues you’ll be my first call.
Alicia is an expert at what she does. Not only is she a lovely person, but she is also a qualified nurse which made me more secure about the process. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. It is always a pleasure to see her.

Nurse Jessie is my GO TO!!! I have been a client of Jessie’s for over 2 years now receiving Botox, filler and laser hair removal treatments. The results are always amazing and I have never been disappointed. She always provides her professional opinion when doing injections, and always uses the most suitable amount of product.Jessie is also is one of the most hard working people I know. Division 1 rower recently graduated and came to get care here after a really horrible injury in my hip from running. was met with super well catered care that addressed my deficits and got me back to running pain free after not being able to walk. After not being able to walk 100m without pain, I ran 30km continuous this weekend pain free. Got help with getting some pretty fabulous shoe inserts for a leg length discrepancy I didn't know was hindering me until i got evened out. Super happy with the focused care and reception to my own feedback and athletic strengths and weaknesses

Excellent treatment!! Amazing with my wife and daughter who “were” a wee bit scared to attend the dentist. Dr. Zafar has been absolutely amazing to deal with. All around incredible. If you’re looking for a great dentist in Niagara (it’s worth the drive) give them a call ASAP.

BICR has helped me in many aspects after my brain injury. The programming is a bit too costly for me and I can't attend with the medication I use so I don't utilize that part, but having their help has aided in my recovery journey.
Nishith was very professional and knowledgeable. Student Clare was very helpful and I wish her well in her future. Receptionist Lori was accommodating, friendly and also professional. I had Bilateral Total Knee Replacement so these treatments were covered by the Hospital bundle which is appreciated but I only wish I had either private coverage or the funds to continue the treatments. I would highly recommend this facility for your Physio needs. Thank you very much for all your help with my recovery!!

I had heard nothing but good things about the quality of guitar/bass setups these guys do, so I finally took my Ibanez SR500 out for a full setup. Very reasonably priced, they tackled some minor repairs I had requested, and the bass is sounding better than ever! Thanks for the awesome work, I have 4 more guitars that could use some love and I will definitely be back! ?
