“We had an amazing experience from start to finish with the whole team. When we first went in to pick out some samples Harout made the process very easy. He understood what I was looking for and brought a series of samples at all price points.I didn’t feel pressure to make a quick decision. Even when he came out to take final measurements, I asked him to bring a few more samples, as I was doubting my choice. He again was very patient and was not trying to rush my decision.In the end I loved the one we went with.The install team was fantastic. The two gentleman that came to do the final step couldn’t have been nicer and were very professional.Having experienced the opposite of this with different contractors in my home for different jobs, it was so refreshing to see a team make the effort, in all aspects of the process, so painless.
