We had an amazing experience from start to finish with the whole team. When we first went in to pick out some samples Harout made the process very easy. He understood what I was looking for and brought a series of samples at all price points.I didn’t feel pressure to make a quick decision. Even when he came out to take final measurements, I asked him to bring a few more samples, as I was doubting my choice. He again was very patient and was not trying to rush my decision.In the end I loved the one we went with.The install team was fantastic. I purchased a gorgeous 9x12 area rug that had to ship from another store to St. Catherine’s.I thank Alexanians St Catherine’s for making the home delivery.Will be looking for another area rug once home renovation complete and my first choice will be you folks.

Alexanian in St. Catharines installed a new carpet on our main stairway leading up to the second floor. Harold was instrumental in dealing with a small glitch by providing exemplary customer service. Much appreciated. Shout out to Rob, also, who had the quote done and dusted before the competition had time to respond to my inquiries. Tarek and Eren did a fantastic installation job which included bull nose stairs, a landing and working around many spindles.
