“Perfect service. My air conditioner leaked yesterday. I contacted our previous sales representative, Hanson, who helped me connect with customer service. The next day, Mr. Huo came to inspect it and fixed it in two and a half hours. He was efficient and quick. He also tested the heater and vents and set the thermostat. “I have been using Markham heating for over 20 years through 2 homes and my son’s home. I have always found them to be honest , reliable , and professional. They don’t try to oversell and have always been prompt and knowledgeable. I have, over the years, had 4 or 5 furnaces and the same number of air conditioners replaced by them. I have had them fix my gas fireplaces as well, and when I moved into my current house , they correctly repaired the mess I inherited from the previous owners’ HVAC company. I referred some neighbors to them as well as my son who just successfully had a new air conditioner installed. I would recommend them to anybody who cares about honesty , integrity, and proper repairs and installations. Pricing has always been competitive and fair, but in my opinion, the quality of service is paramount and Markham heating delivers“

“My parents have a flat roof above their garage which was replaced in 2003 by Airplus. 17 years and still no leaks (which is amazing for a flat roof). They also had their regular roof done by Airplus as well.

I used them to replace my roof, and install a new furnace, hot water tank and A/C. 5 years later, still no issues. 5 years isn't much time for anything to break, but they are honest people and the work is good.

They work with you to get only what you need some, and while they are a bit expensive, they don't push for you to get anything more then you need (e.g. they talked me away from tankless as I plan to rebuild the house and I wouldn't save enough to offset the higher initial cost)
