“Called Markham Heating & Air Conditioning to have them swap out a programmable to a non- programmable thermostat.
There was an unforeseen problem but in the end, it was diagnosed and the problem solved.
Have to mention their customer service was amazing.
They verified the issue, setup another appointment time and continued afterwards with a followup call for the visit.

“My parents have a flat roof above their garage which was replaced in 2003 by Airplus. 17 years and still no leaks (which is amazing for a flat roof). They also had their regular roof done by Airplus as well.

I used them to replace my roof, and install a new furnace, hot water tank and A/C. 5 years later, still no issues. 5 years isn't much time for anything to break, but they are honest people and the work is good.

They work with you to get only what you need some, and while they are a bit expensive, they don't push for you to get anything more then you need (e.g. they talked me away from tankless as I plan to rebuild the house and I wouldn't save enough to offset the higher initial cost)

When you read their 1 star reviews, look at who wrote the review. Each person had 1 review. I feel envy in the air.
