I have only had excellent and above and beyond service with this company. I have been using Tropic Air as my sole HVAC contractor for over 20 years. Every piece of equipment from thermostat to heat pump, furnaces or air conditioning compressors were maintained installed diagnosed and fixed (when/if needed) by this contractor with nothing but excellent results. Prices are very competitive, Mr Walker and his team's service is professional accurate honest and fair.

We contacted Tropic Air since our furnace stopped working late last week. Of note, we had dealt with Tropic Air a few years ago when our AC stopped working and were very satisfied with the service provided. I again asked that Loren be dispatched to our house and he didn't disappoint. Within an hour, he diagnosed the problem and replaced the parts. Would highly recommend this company for their service.
